- Your email address, when you submit the waitlist form
- The date and time of your submission
- Basic technical data such as your browser type and IP address, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel)
We do not collect payment information, trading data, or any sensitive personal information during the waitlist phase.
How we use your information
Your email address is used solely to:
- Notify you when TradePacer launches
- Share product updates and early access information
- Contact you regarding the founding member offer if applicable
We will never sell your email address or personal data to third parties. Ever.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate this website:
- Vercel — website hosting. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Formspree — form submission handling. Subject to Formspree's privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy

The service
TradePacer is a trading discipline and compliance tool designed for prop firm traders. During the current waitlist phase, no product is yet available. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or constitute a purchase.
TradePacer is an educational and organisational tool. Nothing on this website constitutes financial advice. We are not a financial services provider and do not offer investment advice.
Founding member offer
The founding member offer ($99 one-time, limited to 20 spots) is subject to the following:
- Payment grants lifetime access to TradePacer Pro features as they exist at launch and reasonable future updates
- The offer is non-refundable once the product has been delivered and access granted
- If TradePacer does not launch within 12 months of payment, a full refund will be offered
- Founding member pricing and benefits are personal and non-transferable
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use TradePacer for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the product
- Share account credentials with third parties
- Use the service in any way that could damage or impair its operation
Disclaimer
TradePacer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of TradePacer will result in passing prop firm evaluations, profitability, or any specific trading outcome.
Trading financial instruments involves significant risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradePacer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any trading losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
